Can you maintain a website you didn’t build?
We can assess an existing WordPress website before taking on maintenance. The review helps identify compatibility issues, existing problems, and any preparation needed.
Are content changes included?
Only where they are included in your agreed scope. The proposal defines the type and amount of changes covered, and how additional work is handled.
What happens if my website goes down?
Report the issue through the agreed support channel. We assess it within the support arrangements and explain whether the required work is covered or needs a separate estimate.
Are backups included?
Your proposal confirms who manages backups, how often they are created, how long they are retained, and what recovery assistance is included.
Are hosting and software licences included?
They are not automatically included. Your proposal identifies any covered services, separate costs, renewal responsibilities, and who manages each account.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
Support availability and response expectations are agreed before maintenance begins. Do not assume round-the-clock monitoring or emergency support unless explicitly included in your agreement.
Is ongoing SEO included?
Maintenance covers the agreed technical care of your website. Ongoing keyword research, SEO content, and search optimisation campaigns are separate unless explicitly included.
